Welcome to Bitterroot Nutrition! Your trusted resource for nutrition counseling, intuitive eating, eating disorder recovery, and more.

Hi! I'm Katie Campbell, a Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist, as well as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and practitioner aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES). My dedication lies in assisting individuals in cultivating a positive relationship with food, body, and mental well-being. My mission is to utilize a personalized, evidence-based approach to rebuild and ultimately heal your relationship with food and body - while leaving the restrictive and compulsive mindset behind. Way, way behind. Whether you're struggling with emotional eating, eating disorders, or body image concerns, I'm here to provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

I call Bozeman, Montana home, where I enjoy the great outdoors with my three dogs, whether it's camping, trail running, or hitting the slopes. When I'm not out in nature, I love catching live music or whipping up some baked goods in the kitchen. Knowing that mountain towns come with an increased prevalence of disordered eating due to the never-ending year-round activities and emphasis on fitness, I have made it my life's mission to help people in communities like mine understand that health doesn't have a "look," and food and morality are two concepts that do NOT belong together.

I specialize in Intuitive Eating, Emotional Eating, Eating Disorder Recovery (including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), Compulsive Exercise, Disordered Eating & Body Image Concerns.

"Katie came into my life a few months after I had begun my eating disorder recovery journey and I have worked with her for over a year now. Katie has been supportive and kind while encouraging me to push my boundaries and question my previous beliefs. I feel heard, understood, and safe when talking to Katie. She has taught me so much about Intuitive Eating and has helped me to apply the principles to myself and my life."
