Do you constantly overanalyze every bite you take? Well then, it's time to make peace with food.

Learn how to eat in a more attuned practice, one that is not only physically but also emotionally satisfying. After all, an optimal eating pattern for overall health and wellbeing is one that is both thoughtful and flexible, as opposed to obsessive and restrictive.

"Katie came into my life a few months after I had begun my eating disorder recovery journey and I have worked with her for over a year now. Katie has been supportive and kind while encouraging me to push my boundaries and question my previous beliefs. I feel heard, understood, and safe when talking to Katie. She has taught me so much about Intuitive Eating and has helped me to apply the principles to myself and my life."

Hello, hello! I'm Katie, an anti-diet dietitian, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My mission is to utilize a personalized, evidence-based approach (through the framework of intuitive eating) to rebuild and ultimately heal your relationship with food and body - while leaving the restrictive and compulsive mindset behind. Way, way behind.

I live in Bozeman, Montana where I, with my two dogs, spend time in the mountains camping, trail running, snowboarding, and enjoying live music. Knowing that mountain towns come with an increased prevalence of disordered eating due to the never-ending year-round activities and emphasis on fitness, I have made it my life's mission to help people in communities like mine understand that health doesn't have a "look," and food and morality are two concepts that do NOT belong together.

I specialize in Intuitive Eating, Emotional Eating, Eating Disorder Recovery, Disordered Eating & Body Image Concerns.
